The Wood Original Junior Day Bed in oak serves a dual purpose: a cosy bed with protective sides at night and a delicate sofa lined with pillows by day. It is easily styled with pillows, throws and covers to create an inviting universe for small personalities with big dreams, both day and night.
With its delicate 160 cm length, the junior day bed is ideal as a first real bed in a small children's room, yet there is still space for a parent to lie alongside and read a bedtime story. It can be fitted with a bed guard for extra safety, and over time converted to a full 2-metre length or into another bed in the series to extend its life well into adulthood.
Part of the Wood Original bed series, this junior day bed is crafted in beautiful white-oiled solid oak with soft, rounded lines and a timeless Nordic style inspired by the 1950s.
